INTRODUKTION
Kære Ryttere
Vi byder hjertelig velkommen til ICEHORSE FESTIVAL 2023. Her kan man deltage i både Sport A og B klasser, World Ranking, på en FEIF godkendt 250m ovalbane – indendørs! Man kommer til at ride under de bedste forhold og ingenting kan sammenlignes med suset fra ovalbanen i en kæmpe hal med klappende publikum!
ICEHORSE FESTIVAL 2023 afholdes i Equsana Arena i Hal M i MCH Messecenter Herning.
Målet er årets største og hyggeligste hestefest – et flot 4 dages event med højt niveau og fokus på hestevelfærd og rytternes forhold med opstaldning og indendørs opvarmning i Hal Q.

TILMELDING
Ordinær tilmelding: 15. januar 2023 kl. 18.00 for sport A og kl. 20.00 for sport B.
Forhåndstilmelding for indbudte ryttere: 8 januar kl. 12.00 til 14. januar kl. 24.00
Forhåndstilmelding gives til Top-15 på hhv. World Ranking Listen og den Danske Rangliste (T1, T2, V1 eller F1). Hvis man er på Top-15 på af de lister, så henvend dig hurtigst muligt til sekretariat@icehorsefestival.com og få en kode til forhåndstilmeldingen.
Derudover tildeles et antal ”Elite-cards” til elitegrupperne i interesserede FEIF-lande.
Tildelingen finder sted 3. januar og administreres derefter af elitegruppernes ledelse.

Vaccinationskrav
De internationale vaccinationsregler følges jf. FEIF Rules & Regulations 2023. Dog vil den nuværende dispensation i forhold til booster-vaccine gælde. Dvs. at det tilstrækkeligt, at hesten er vaccineret med 12 mdr. interval. Der skal dog som sædvanligt gå minimum syv dage fra vaccination til stævnestart.

Aldersgrænser:
- Juniorer: 12-15 år
- Ungryttere: 16-21 år
- Seniorer: 22 år og ældre
Aldersgrænsen regnes ud fra det kalenderår, hvori man opnår den pågældende alder.
Kvalifikationskrav:
- Gælder ekvipagen og skal være opnået i perioden 2020-2023 i sport A eller sport B.
- Skal enten figurere på DRL- eller WRL- listen. Fremgår det ikke, er rytteren selv ansvarlig for at maile dokumentation til: sekretariat@icehorsefestival.com senest den 16. marts 2023.
AFVIKLING, FINALER OG PRÆMIEOVERRÆKKELSER
I udtagelserne rider juniorer, ungryttere og seniorer blandet.
Der afvikles ikke separate finaler for juniorer eller ungryttere. Ungryttere og juniorer kan, hvis de kvalificerer sig, deltage i en finale.
Lørdag aften vil der være præmieoverrækkelser for hhv. juniorer og ungryttere baseret på deres resultater i udtagelserne. Placering 1.-5. pladsen kaldes ind (alle til hest).
Arrangørerne forbeholder sig ret til at afgøre om der afholdes B-finaler og til at aflyse klasser med for få deltagere.
T2 A- og B-finale afvikles med visning af 3. sektion på begge volter FEIF-T2-option.
Pengepræmier tildeles efter placering i A-finalen, uanset aldersgruppe.
CHECK IN – TIDSPLAN – STARTLISTER
Der vil være mulighed for ankomst:
- Onsdag den 29. marts kl. 14.00 - 22.00
- Torsdag den 30. marts kl. 7.00 - 12.00 og kl. 19.00 - 20.00
- Fredag den 31. marts kl. 16.00 - 20.00
Check in tider kan ændres. I så fald vil der blive givet besked til rytterne.
Ved check-in skal der fremvises gyldigt vaccinationsbevis for hesten eller stævnepas attesteret af dyrlæge.
OBS: Man skal, som ekvipage, have tjekket ind senest 1 time før den første klasse, man skal ride, begynder, ellers bliver man automatisk diskvalificeret i den første klasse.
Ryttermøde torsdag kl. 7.30 ved opvarmningsbanen.
Startlister (endelige) vil kunne ses på ticker.icetestng.com 1 time før de respektive discipliner begynder.

VENTELISTE
Der bliver taget ryttere ind fra ventelisten i forbindelse med at programmet for stævnet lægges. Derefter tages der ind fra ventelisterne i forbindelse med frameldinger.
Evt. ledige pladser tilbydes til og med 28. marts 2023. Man får direkte besked via e-mail (til den e-mailadresse man har oplyst på sin tilmelding).
Ved tilmelding til ventelisten accepterer man, at man muligvis kun får plads i én klasse.
Kommer man ikke med refunderes pengene automatisk når stævnet starter.
FRAMELDING - ÆNDRINGER
Ved framelding skal der foreligge læge- eller dyrlægeerklæring. Pengene refunderes, hvis pladsen kan afsættes til anden side (evt. venteliste har førsteret til ledige pladser). Der fratrækkes et administrationsgebyr på 500 kr.
Ændringer foretages, hvis det er muligt til og med den 16. marts 2023, se priser nedenfor.

Mobilbokse i hal Q samt Landsskuepladsens stalde med moderniserede faste bokse.
Wraphø til alle stævnedage og 1 pakke spåner medfølger hver ekvipage.

BILLETSALG
Er man tilskuer og ønsker at sikre dig en billet til ICEHORSE FESTIVAL 2023 skal man hoppe videre til billetsalget: Billetsalg til Icehorse Festival 2023
Ønsker man som rytter at sidde med dine venner på publikumssæderne skal man købe en almindelig siddepladsbillet - man får 50% af prisen på denne refunderet efter tilmelding til sporten. Husk at angive dit billetnummer ved tilmelding.
OVERNATNING
Det er muligt at tilkøbe camping på campingområdet på Landsskuepladsen.

Aflysning dækker kun over, at eventet slet ikke gennemføres.
Ændring af dato, delvis gennemførelse eller ændring i repertoiret er ikke at betragte som en aflysning.
Kun arrangøren er ansvarlig i tilfælde af aflysning og kan give tilladelse til, at tilmeldingen refunderes.
I det tilfælde refunderes betalingen ved henvendelse til arrangøren. Omkostninger som, ekspedition-, ordre- og billetgebyr refunderes ikke.

INTRODUCTION
Dear Riders
ICEHORSE FESTIVAL is the largest indoor World Ranking event for Icelandic horses. Our goal is to create the grandest and most enjoyable celebration of the Icelandic horse.
At ICEHORSE FESTIVAL you can participate in both Sport-A and Sport-B on a FEIF approved 250m oval track judged by FEIF judges – Indoor. You will ride under the best conditions, and nothing compares with the rush of riding on the indoor oval track.
ICEHORSE FESTIVAL invites you to a high quality 4-day event with focus on the conditions and well-being of both horses and riders at Equsana Arena in Herning, Denmark.

REGISTRATION
Registration: January 15, 2023, 6:00 PM for sport A, and 8:00 PM for sport B.
Preregistrarion for invited riders: January 8, 12:00 PM – January 15, 12:00 AM
Preregistration will be given to Top-15 on both the World Ranking List and the Danish Ranking List (T1, T2, V1 or F1).
For preregistration a code is needed. The code can be required by email: sekretariat@icehorsefestival.com
Additionally, a number of ”Elite-cards” for riders not included in the Top-15 will be administered to the elite-management of the national Icelandic horse associations in the FEIF-countries interested in participation. Upon interest the management are kindly asked to contact sekretatiat@icehorsefestival.com. Elite-cards will be assigned to the respective countries January 3. Further assignment to individual riders will be administrated by the management.

RULES & REGULATIONS
The event is conducted according to FEIF Rules and Regulations 2023 as well as the special Danish rules ("Regler for stævneridning i Danmark"), see www.islandshest.dk
Vaccination
Horses are required to be vaccinated according to FEIF Rules & Regulations 2023.
Please note that the current dispensation regarding booster vaccination applies.
This means that horses will be eligible to compete at Icehorse Festival 2023 with the most recent booster taken within a period of 12 months, but not within seven days of arrival at the Event.

Age limits:
- Junior riders: 12-15 years
- Young riders: 16-21 years
- Senior riders: 22 years and older
The January of the year of birth is valid for the age of the rider.
Requirements of qualification
The qualification requirements apply to the equipage and should appear from the FEIF World Ranking list. If these are not evident, the rider is obliged to e-mail documentation to sekretariat@icehorsefestival.com no later than March 16, 2023.
FINALS AND PRICEGIVING
In the preliminary rounds, junior, young and senior riders ride intermixed.
There will not be separate finals for young riders or juniors. Junior and young riders can, if they qualify, participate in finals.
Prizegiving ceremonies for junior and young riders respectively will be held Saturday evening based on results in the preliminaries. Position 1-5 will be invited.
The organizers reserve the right to decide whether B- finals will be held as well as to cancel tests with too few participants.
T2 A- and B-final will cunducted with 3’rd section shown on both reins FEIF-T2-option.
Prize money are given according to the positions in the A-final, regardless of age groups.
CHECK IN – TIME SCHEDULE – STARTING ORDERS
Arrival:
- Wednesday March 29 2023: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Thursday March 30 2023: 7 AM – 12 PM and 7 PM - 8 PM
- Friday March 31 2023: 4 PM - 8 PM
Opening hours for arrival is subject to change. Riders will be notified. For earlier arrival please contact sekretariat@icehorsefestival.com
Upon check in, documentation of vaccination of the horse should be presented.
Note that check in should have taken place minimum 1 hour before the beginning of the first test of an equipage. Otherwise, the rider will be withdrawn automatically from the first test.
Riders’ info-meeting will take place Thursday at 7.30 AM by the heating track in building Q.
The final starting order of tests will be available 1 hour before the beginning of the given tests at ticker.icetestng.com

WAITINNG LIST
Riders will be taken in from the waiting list both when the time schedule is worked out in detail and continuously as a result of cancellations.
Vacant entries will be offered to riders on waiting list until March 23, 2023. Notifications to riders concerned will be send by e-mail (the e-mail stated upon registration).
By signing up for the waiting list one accepts that there is a risk that only one test may be available, even if 2 tests were requested upon registration.
If no entries become available, the payment will be refunded when the competition begins.
CANCELLATION – AMENDMENTS TO REGISTRATION
Upon cancellation, doctors' or veterinarians' note should be presented. Money is refunded if the entrance can be resold (waiting list, if any, has priority). An administration fee of 500 DKK will be deducted.
Amendments are accepted to the extent possible until March 16, 2023. After February 1, 2023 against 350 DKK.
STABLES
Mobile and stationary horse boxes are located in Building Q and the buildings at Landsskuepladsen.
Wrapped hay during the entire event and 1 bale of wood shavings is included for each horse.

TICKET SALES
If you as a rider wish to sit among the spectators (e.g., with family or friends) you can buy a ticket here. You will have a 50% discount if you note your ticket number in the comment space upon registration.

MORE INFORMATION
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
Cancellation in the sense that the event is not conducted at all. Change of date, partly conduction or changes of the repertoire are not considered a cancellation.
Only the organisers can issue a cancellation and permit refunds of registrations. In that case refunds can be requested by the organiser. Fees and handling charges are not refunded.
