Julie Keller og Pia Motawea indbyder til online horsemanship stævne med det formål at vi i fællesskab kan få nørdet i detaljerne og opnå større harmoni med vores heste. Få testet og genopfrisket din grundtræning og fremvis din smukkeste horsemanship.
Vi udbyder i december 2 klasser hvor alle kan være med. (Og hold øjnene åbne, der kommer mere i Januar!)
klasserne koster 75 kr hver (+ sporti gebyrer) og du kan tilkøbe at få lavet en udførlig kritik med hjælp til din træning ved den dommer du ønsker.
Horse in Harmony klasse
Inspireret af Ute Lehmanns fundament klasse har vi lavet denne mindre klasse med øvelser som er egnet for heste i alle aldre. Dommerne er begge kvalificeret til at bedømme øvelserne i og med at de har taget Horse in Harmony træner uddannelsen.
I denne klasse skal du fremvise følgende øvelser:
1.Føre hesten i ottetal om to markører så synkront som muligt.
2. elevator øvelse. Løfte og sænke hestens hoved, så afspændt som muligt.
3. Statue. Vise at du kan parkere hesten og gå væk fra den. Ekstra flot hvis du kan gå eller løbe en stor cirkel rundt om hesten.
4. flytte forpart og bagpart. Vi vil gerne se et par skridt til hver side, og helst med en lille pause mellem hvert skridt.
5. servostyring. Vis at du kan flytte hesten et par skridt frem og tilbage ved siden af dig, uden at du flytter dig og med så lidt pres som muligt.
Udstyr: valgfrit. Vi anbefaler almindelig grime med træktov samt en dressur pisk. Man kan også bruge rebgrime eller kapsun og man kan også fremvise øvelserne i liberty (uden udstyr) hvis man ønsker det.
Du bliver bedømt på følgende områder:

Præcision
Freestyle longe klasse
Vis os din longe træning! Denne klasse er for heste fra 2,5 år og op og du skal du selv lave dit program og dette er op til dig om du vælger at fokusere på at vise den flotteste basis træning eller om du vil lave en lille opvisning ud af det og inspirere os til hvordan man kan øge sværhedsgraden i sin træning. Videoen må være max 5,5 minutter lang og skal mindst være 1,5 minutter lang.
Der er enkelte elementer som skal indgå i programmet hvilket er:
1. Overgange både op og ned i tempo
2. Begge volter og vi vil gerne se selve volte skiftet
3. Parade med stilstand i ca 5 sekunder
Udstyr: valgfrit. Du kan vise hesten med eller uden longetov, i dobbelt longe, i kapsun, bid, grime eller regbrime, med eller uden pisk, alle længder. Det er op til dig.
Forslag til øvelser der kan vise teknisk niveau: Tilbagetrædning, spanske skridt, samlet galop, skoleparade, alle gangarter, longering i firkant i stedet for cirkel, volteskift med fart på. Find selv på flere

Der er et begrænset antal pladser i hver klasse, du har reserveret din plads når vi har modtaget betaling. Vi bedømmer løbende, så send gerne så snart din video er klar for at undgå lang ventetid på resultatet.
Vi ser helst at videoen er filmet ud i et stykke, så der ikke er klippet mellem øvelserne. Vi vil gerne have lyd på så vi kan bedømme dine audiotive signaler. Du må gerne bruge musik på din video så fremt det ikke overdøver lydsporet og evt audiotive signaler.
Når du sender os din video giver du os automatisk tilladelse til at dele denne på sociale medier med mindre andet står udtrykkeligt skrevet.
Rosetter og præmier:
Mængden af deltagere vil afgøre hvor mange rosetter der vil være.
Der vil være rosetter til de første 10 placerede ved mindst 25 tilmeldinger. Kun til de første 5 ved minde end 25. Kun til første pladsen ved mindre end 10 tilmeldte.
Vinderne af begge klasser vil modtage en sponsoreret gave i form a et personligt dyre portræt efter egne ønsker fra Art Fabula.

Julie Keller and Pia Motawea invites you to participate in an online Horsemanship competition with the purpose that we can train our horses together, geek out on the detail and achieve greater harmony with our horses. Test and revisit your basic training and show us your most beautiful horsemanship.
we are offering 2 classes in December where anyone can participate. (But stay tuned, we got more to come in January!)
Each class is 75 danish kr. Which is approximately 10,7 euros and if you want to pay a bit extra ( 25 danish kr. Approximately 3,3 euros) you can get a detailed critique with helpful tips for your training from the judge you wish. The site we use for signing up will also charge some small additional fees for their services.
Horse in Harmony class
This class is inspired by Danish/German horsetrainer Ute Lehmann and her foundation class. We took a couple of our favorite easy exercises that are suitable for horses of all ages. The judges are qualified to evaluate these exercises and allowed to use the logo as they have both taken the Horse in Harmony trainer education with Ute.
In this class you must show the following exercises:
- Figure eight. lead the horse in a figure eight around two markers as synchronized as you can.
- The elevator. While standing still, show us how you can lower and lift the horse’s head. The horse must be as relaxed as possible and willing to follow your hands.
- The statue. Show that you can park the horse and move away from it, without it following you. Extra nice if you can walk or run in a big circle around it.
- Power steering. You must stand still and move the horse a couple of steps forward and backwards with as little pressure as possible.
- Move the horse’s hindquarters and shoulders a couple of steps each to each side. We would like to see a little pause between each step the horse takes.
Equipment: free choice. Vi recommend a regular halter with leadrope and a dressage whip. You can also use a rope halter, a cavesson or you can show at liberty (without tack) if you wish.
You will be judged on the following criteria:
- Harmony
- Signaling
- The horses understanding of the exercise
- Precision
Freestyle longeclass
Show us your lungework! This class is suitable for horses age 2,5 and up and you will have to make your own program. It’s up to you if you choose to focus on really well trained basics or if you want to make a bit of a show and inspire us to how one can raise the difficulty level in training lungework. The video must be a maximum of 5,5 minutes long and a minimum of 1,5 minutes long.
There are a few elements that you must incorporate in your program:
- Transitions both up and down
- Both right rein and left rein including the chance of direction.
- A full halt and standing still for about 5 seconds.
Equipment: Free choice. You can show the horse with or without a lunge line, in double reins, in a cavesson, on a bit, in a halter or ropehalter. With or without a whip. It is up to you.
Suggestions for exercises that can show technical difficulty: rein-back, spanish walk, collected canter, schoolhalt, all gaits, lunging in a square instead of a circle, change of direction in speed. And many more.
You will be judged on the following criteria:
- Mental and physical relaxation
- Use of the topline
- Precision
- Signaling
- Overall harmony
- Technical difficulty
All the practical:
There is a limited number of spots available in each class. You have reserved your spot once we receive payment. You have until the 23rd December to sign up, and until the 31st December to send in your video of your program with www.wetransfer.com to BOTH Julie and Pia on email juliekhoffmann@live.dk and piamotawea@live.dk Remember to put your name and your horses name in the text box when transferring.
We judge on an ongoing basis so we urge you to send in the video as soon as you are ready to avoid a long waiting time for the results.
We would like to see that the video is filmed out in one piece and not cut together by multiple clips. We need the audio to be on so we can assess voice cues. You can add music to your video as long as it does not tone out the audio and any voice cues.
When sending us your video, you automatically give us permission to share your video on social media unless otherwise expressly stated.
Ribbons and prices:
The amount of ribbons given out will depend on the number of participants. With at least 25 participants there will be ribbons for the 10 best placed. Only 5 ribbons will be given out with less than 25 participants, and only first place will be given a ribbon with less than 11 participants.
The winner of both classes will receive a sponsored gift from Art Fabula in the form of a personal animal portrait painting by your own choices.
If you do not live in Denmark you will have to pay for shipping of the prices.
